Chivrealjlix began in a shared Beverly Hills kitchen in 2019, when three friends — a pastry chef, a market gardener and a cookbook editor — realized most meal planning was either too rigid or too generic. We started writing menus the way we wished someone had written them for us: short, specific, and friendly to the way real weeknights actually unfold.
Today our planners build hundreds of weekly menus a month for households across California. Each plan is reviewed by a human, never auto-generated, and refined based on feedback you send back.
